Although Jack never wears them, these shoes are modeled after the pair he is presented at North's domain when he is first asked to join the Guardians. I can't possibly be the only person who laughed.

Why go to such lengths for a joke item? When cosplaying as Jack, this time around at least, I would like proper footwear for temps below 20 Fahrenheit, otherwise I am perfectly happy in my flip flops. So I figured quasi-canon footwear is a good compromise.

Shoe covers made to slip over my slip-on sneakers for the ultimate "hidden comfort". See, you can wear sneakers sometimes in cosplay, you just have to be sneaky.

Materials:
- Reclaimed fabric from an 80's prom dress (metallic blue tissue lamé) It's slightly darker than on screen but whatever, these aren't going to be competition pieces)
- Fleece (lining)
- Silver vinyl
- Black vinyl
- White faux fur for the trim (so messy, still vacuuming this crap up off my floor)
- Black ribbon
- Silver glitter puffy paint (reliving my childhood with this stuff, so many oldskool feels

)
